Get the Syndicate app

    Open this page in Safari

    You add this page to your Home Screen, so it has to be open in Safari (the blue compass), not Chrome, Instagram or a text-message preview.

    Not in Safari? Copy highcaliberagencies.net/syndicate, open the Safari app, paste it in the address bar, then continue with step 2.

    Tap the Share button

    The square with an arrow pointing up at the bottom of the screen.

    Newer iPhones: tap the ••• button at the bottom right first, then Share.

    Tap “Add to Home Screen”

    Scroll down the list to find it (the name should say Syndicate) Add to Home Screen. If you see Open as Web App, leave it on. Then tap Add (top right).

    Don’t see it? Tap Edit Actions at the bottom of the list and add it, or make sure you’re in Safari.

    Open it from your Home Screen and sign in

    Find the Syndicate icon on your Home Screen, open it, and sign in with your email and password. The app has its own sign-in, so you only do this once.

    Turn on notifications

    Tap the bell (top right) → Turn on → Allow. Then tap Send me a test notification. You should feel it within a few seconds.

    Pick what you hear: Challenges (someone challenges you, accepts, and who won) and Sales (every sale on your leaderboard). Tap Save.

That’s it. Open the app from your Home Screen from now on. It updates itself, nothing to download from the App Store.

Having trouble?

There’s no “Add to Home Screen”

You’re not in Safari. Copy highcaliberagencies.net/syndicate, open the Safari app, paste it in the address bar, and start again at step 2.

I don’t see the bell

Close the app (swipe it away) and open it again from your Home Screen. If it’s still missing, pull down on the page to refresh.

The bell says “install the app first”

You opened the site in Safari instead of the Home Screen app. iPhones only allow notifications from the Home Screen app. Open Syndicate from your Home Screen and tap the bell there.

I tapped “Don’t Allow” by mistake

iPhone Settings → Notifications → Syndicate → turn on Allow Notifications. Then open the app and tap the bell → Turn on.

The test notification never came

Check that Focus / Do Not Disturb is off, and that your iPhone is on iOS 16.4 or newer. Still nothing? Text a screenshot of the bell screen to your leader.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password? and enter your email. The reset email comes from High Caliber Agencies (Syndicate’s platform partner). Check spam the first time.

Already added the High Caliber version?

Press and hold the High Caliber icon → Remove App → Delete from Home Screen. Then follow the steps above. Your login and everything in it stay the same.

I have an Android phone

Open highcaliberagencies.net/syndicate in Chrome → tap ⋮ (top right) → Install app (or Add to Home screen). Open it, sign in, tap the bell → Turn on.
