These terms apply to highcaliberagencies.net and the High Caliber agent platform. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
About High Caliber Agencies
High Caliber Agencies is a life insurance agency. Insurance products are offered through individually licensed agents and are issued by the insurance carriers we represent, not by High Caliber Agencies. Products, pricing and availability vary by carrier and by state, and coverage is subject to each carrier's underwriting and approval.
Information only, not an offer
Content on this website is general information. It is not an offer of insurance, a quote, or legal, tax or financial advice. Your actual coverage is governed by the policy issued to you. Talk to a licensed agent about your specific situation.
Earnings and results
Stories, income figures and production numbers shared on this site are individual results. They are not typical and are not a promise or guarantee of earnings. What any agent earns depends on their own effort, skill, licensing, market conditions and other factors. Joining High Caliber is not an employment offer; agent relationships are set out in separate written agreements.
Agent platform accounts
- Accounts are by invitation for High Caliber agents, affiliated agencies and staff. Keep your login private; you're responsible for activity under your account.
- Enter accurate information. Sales, activity and challenge results you post are used for leaderboards, competitions and agency reporting.
- Keep client information confidential and use it only to serve that client, in line with carrier rules and applicable privacy and insurance laws. Don't enter more client personal information than you need.
- Commission, advance and production figures shown in the platform are estimates for your planning only. Every carrier pays different percentages based on the policy type and company. Your actual compensation is determined by your contracts and carrier statements.
- Training materials, scripts, resources and meeting links are for High Caliber agents only. Don't share them outside the agency.
- We may suspend or remove access at any time, including when someone leaves the agency or misuses the platform.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site or platform. That includes trying to access accounts or data you're not allowed to see, interfering with the site's operation, posting false sales to manipulate competitions, or using the site for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
The High Caliber name, badge, website design and content belong to High Caliber Agencies or its licensors. Carrier names and logos belong to their owners. You may not copy or reuse our materials without permission.
Third-party services
The site links to carrier portals, Google Drive, Zoom and other services we don't control. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and platform are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee they will always be available, error-free or accurate. To the fullest extent allowed by law, High Caliber Agencies is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or platform.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
