Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information High Caliber Agencies ("High Caliber," "we," "us") collects through highcaliberagencies.net and our agent platform, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you contact us. If you call, text or email us, we receive the information you share, such as your name, phone number, email address, state, and whether you're interested in joining as an agent or getting coverage.
When you apply for coverage. If you work with one of our licensed agents on a life insurance application, the agent collects the information the insurance carrier requires, which can include personal, health and financial details. That information is provided to the carrier you apply with and is also governed by the carrier's own privacy notice.
Agent platform accounts. For agents and staff who sign in, we store account details (name, email, agency, role), and the work you enter: sales records, daily activity, recruiting pipeline, training progress, challenge results and, if you enter it, your comp level.
Automatically. Like most websites, our hosting providers record basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site secure and running. The site stores a few preferences in your browser (for example, remembering that you're signed in). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use information
- To respond to you, answer questions and follow up about joining the agency or getting coverage.
- To help you apply for insurance with the carriers we represent.
- To run the agent platform: logins, leaderboards, competitions, training and agency reporting.
- To keep our services secure, prevent fraud and meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Calls and text messages
When you text or call us, we'll reply using the number you contacted us from. We only send marketing calls or texts to people who have agreed to receive them. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect the rest of your relationship with us.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With insurance carriers when you apply for coverage through us.
- With service providers that run our website and platform (for example, website hosting and our database provider), who may use it only to provide those services to us.
- Within High Caliber Agencies and its affiliated agencies, so leaders can support the agents and clients they work with.
- When required by law, regulation or legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients, agents or others.
Inside the agent platform, other agents can see names, agencies and production totals on leaderboards and competitions. Comp levels, client details and personal activity are visible only to the agent, their agency leadership and the agency owner.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including any period required by insurance regulations, and then delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and role-based permissions so people only see what they're allowed to. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password private and let us know right away if you think your account has been misused.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing or calling us using the details below. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We'll verify your request before acting on it.
Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information online.
Links to other sites
Our site links to carrier portals, Google Drive, Zoom and other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
